Born in Dallas, Texas and raised in California, Don obtained his A.A. degree from Santa Rosa Junior College, his B.A. Degree from the University of California at San Diego, and his law degree from University of Southern California in 1988.

A Phi Alpha Delta, Don was the recipient of the Dorothy W. Nelson Justice Award, was a member of the Editorial Board 1987-1988 of the Computer Law Journal and University of Southern California Major Tax Planning Journal.

Don was an Assistant Professor at Sonoma State University, 1989-1991 and an Extern Clerk to the Hon. A. Wallace Tashima, of the U.S. District Court, Central District of California in 1987.

Don is admitted to practice law before all the State Courts of California, and also admitted to practice before the District of Columbia; U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit; U.S. District Court, Northern, Eastern, Central and Southern Districts of California; and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Don has been a champion of victim and consumer rights for two decades, is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California, and is a proud member of The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, an association dedicated to representing the injured against corporate greed.

Jeremy’s clients have enjoyed successes in the areas of Personal Injury, Pharmaceutical Drug Cases, Products Liability, Medical Malpractice, Commercial Litigation, Employment Law, and Class Actions. 

Born in Vancouver, Canada, Jeremy received his first law degree from the University of Victoria, ranked #1 among Canadian Law Schools.  After handling several trials in Canada, he decided to move to California. He passed the grueling California Bar exam on his first attempt, in 1998, and received his results while completing a Master’s Degree in Health Law, at Widener University in Delaware. 

While obtaining this specialty degree, Jeremy also served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Judge Marvin Halbert, of the Complex Civil Litigation Division, in the Court of Common Pleas, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

His academic awards include ranking as a National finalist at the Canadian Moot Court Competition, and receiving the Award of Excellence in Product Liability at Widener University in Delaware.

Jeremy is admitted to practice law before all the State Courts of California, and is also admitted to practice before the Federal Court in the Northern District of California.

Rex Grady, Esq.
 


Rex is a native of California who has been with our firm since the year 2000.  He graduated with honors from Empire College in Santa Rosa in 2004 and was licensed to practice in November of the same year. Prior to entering the legal field, he graduated magna cum laude with high distinction in his major field from the University of California, San Diego and has Master’s degrees from that institution and the University of New Brunswick in Canada.

Rex’s academic honors include the Lord Beaverbrook Scholarship (from the University of New Brunswick) and the Witkin Award for Excellence in the Field of Constitutional Law. In part because of his deep and wide knowledge of history, literature and historical jurisprudence, he was recently named Professor of History of Law and Jurisprudence at Empire College.

He is admitted to practice law in all the State Courts of California, as well as the Federal Court in the Northern District of California.

He shares his colleagues’ commitment to victim and consumer rights, and other rights embodied in our state and federal Constitutions and statutes, and is dedicated to the prospect of vindication and relief for victims of injustice and the private regulation of business through the tort system of this State.
